You will need to fly into Seville Airport.
Please book your flights through Concur where possible, or your local travel provider, and you adhere to our travel policy. You will need to ensure that your passport and full details are uploaded into the Concur system before you proceed with your booking.
Upon your arrival at Seville Airport, you will be greeted by a host. Your transfers will be arranged for you based on your flights, and delegates will be grouped together. To make the process as smooth as possible, please make sure that you are as time-efficient as possible.
If there are any issues, don't hesitate to get in touch with Lindsay using the details in the ‘Key Contacts’ section.
Return transfers will also be arranged from the hotel to the airport. Again, please ensure you are on time for your departures to reduce the risk of delays. The event team will contact you to confirm your departure time.
It will be smart casual for Thursday’s welcome reception and Saturday’s farewell dinner.
Seville in April is warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures around 20–25°C (68–77°F) and cooler evenings. You are advised to pack light layers, a light jacket or sweater, and comfortable walking shoes for cobblestone streets. Occasional rain showers are possible, so a small umbrella or rain jacket is recommended. Sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen are also advised.

If you'd prefer to explore Seville on your own rather than participate in the scheduled activity, you are more than welcome to do so. Please let us know in advance so we can adjust plans accordingly. Have fun discovering the city at your own pace!
